Social Media Etiquette Project
Social media etiquette is the general norms of appropriate behavior set by the community, these norms vary between who is using the platform, such as not tagging people in unflattering photos or spamming people for follows. For companies this is a bit different, they use this as a free billboard and news letter to all who follow them. Updates on new products, promotions, are commonplace, though companies can still land in hot water with their posts when these updates bring bad news.
